Tarapur MIDC · Maharashtra · B2B only
Roofing, wall cladding, floor decking, Z and C purlins, site-formed standing seam and every flashing that finishes them — engineered to your section, made on eight lines under one roof.
Eight product families across 28 substrate and coating specifications. Full sections, dimensions and isometric views for each are below.
Flat strip enters at one end and a project-ready profile leaves at the other. Nothing crosses back.
Every section here is taken from the roll-forming line that produces it — machine geometry, not illustration.
Formed on a YX 32-200-1200(1525) line at 28 roller stations.
Each pan carries a stiffening flute between the major ribs. It adds nothing to cover width and little to weight, but it is what keeps a wide flat pan from oil-canning across the span — and it is why the developed width is 244.7 mm per pitch rather than 240.7 mm.
Formed on a YX30-163-978 line at 22 roller stations, with a four-post hydraulic press producing the transverse step.
Step tile is profiled in two directions — rounded ribs across the width and a transverse step down the slope. The step is what gives the sheet the shadow line of a laid tile roof; the rounded rib is what distinguishes it from a trapezoidal profile at a glance.
Formed on an automatic C-Z line at 21 roller stations, with electrically changeable sizing and hole punching after forming.
Web depth and flange width are set from the control panel rather than by changing tooling, so a project needing C150, C200 and C250 is one setup rather than three. Bolt holes are punched in line after forming, which is what removes drilling from the fabricator's shop.
Formed on a YX65 line at 14 stations, with a companion concave/convex curving machine holding 20 radii.
The female leg folds over the male, so the fixing clip sits under the seam and nothing penetrates the panel. That is what makes standing seam the specification for rooftop solar and for roofs that must not be drilled — and the taper facility takes a panel from 200 mm at one end to 600 mm at the other for conical and fan-shaped roofs.
Formed on a 42-station line — the highest roll count in the plant — from galvanized coil at 0.60 to 1.50 mm.
Composite action comes from the keys, not from friction. The crown key is wider at the top than at its base, so once the slab cures the concrete cannot lift off it; the valley key does the same in the soffit. That re-entrant geometry is what lets the deck be counted as tensile reinforcement rather than as permanent shuttering.
Made on a 6 m folding and slitting machine with Siemens control and encoder angle programming.
Accessories are the part of a roof most often sourced separately, arriving in a different batch of paint and a fortnight late. Made here from the same coil as the sheet, they match — and because the machine slits as well as folds, the girth is set to the drawing rather than to a stock size.
Because AVMY forms rather than coats, the substrate is chosen for the job — not by whatever a single coating line happens to produce.
Standard
Urban and semi-industrial exposure. The working specification for most industrial roofing.
Premium
Zinc-aluminium-magnesium. Specified where corrosion, not appearance, governs the decision.
Eight machines, one shift, one despatch schedule. Range is why they are all here.
Installed capacity across six production machines, single shift, derated for real changeover and setting time.
CNC bending to 125° across colour-matched accessory work — the flashings arrive with the sheet, not a fortnight later.
The seam machine travels to the project. No panel length limit, no transport creasing on long runs.
Z and C purlins from 1.5 to 4.0 mm, so secondary structure and envelope come from one supplier.
Coil is 90% of the price of a roof. Short validity is how the number you are quoted stays the number you pay.
Pune, Vasind and Khopoli are all within a day's freight. Replenishment is short and stock risk stays low.
Business to business only. No retail counter, no walk-in trade.
Purlins, decking, trapezoidal and the accessory package quoted as one supply against your project award.
Frame agreementsDirect supply where the envelope package justifies dealing with the manufacturer rather than a stockist.
Project supplySite-formed standing seam for zero-penetration mounting, and purlin sections for mounting sub-structure.
Approved substrateCurved and seamed roofing for airports, metro stations, temples, campuses and convention centres.
Specification supportEnvelope supply into public sector packages. BIS-conforming material with mill test certificates per consignment.
Sub-supplyStep tile and trapezoidal for regional retail networks under long-term supply agreement.
Channel supplyLocation
One of Maharashtra's largest industrial estates, directly on NH48, with the coil coaters a day away and the Vadhvan deep-draft port taking shape 40 km north.
We use AI to draw sections, read take-offs and draft documentation. Three commitments follow from that.
Every profile section and isometric on this page was drawn this way, from the machine suppliers’ own drawings. Where a dimension was not stated in the source it is marked indicative rather than guessed. Our full AI policy is a Board-approved document and we will send it to you on request.
Profile, gauge, substrate and quantity is enough to price. If you have a drawing or BOQ, better still.
